Each class is divided up by a 90 minutes of asana focused work plus a 60 minute asana theory talk.

Course that teaches students how to customize their practice using props and learning to set alternative priorities to create an ideal sustainable practice. Modifications for Sun Salutations, Standing, Primary Series, and Finishing postures.
