C) Lifting heels
D) Away from the wall with or without props as you like
2-Drop backs
A) Drop back with wall
B) Use wall to work on the crouch and spring
D) Getting lower and lower with wall
3-Tic Tac
A) In Head Balance using wall to support the spinal arch
B) In Head Balance going from the ground up to vertical over to the wall and back down to the ground
C) Beginning phase of handstand
4-Final Backbend
A) Drop back to a point on the wall and hold
